Printable domino puzzles
Pick a domino set and a difficulty, and print a page or a whole booklet of puzzles with answers.
The full double-six set: 28 dominoes on a 7 by 8 grid.
Also needs the next idea: spotting a square all of a domino's spots share, or squares that only fit one domino.
1 puzzle, all different.
Dominoes
Cut the grid into dominoes by drawing lines around pairs of neighboring numbers. Each pair from 0-0 to 6-6 appears once, so tick them off in the chart as you go.
A quiet puzzle with a full set of dominoes inside
Behind every grid sits a complete set of dominoes, from 0-0 up to the double you chose. Your job is to find where each one lies. The check-off chart under the grid keeps track of what you have used, and the answer pages show every domino outlined.
For a first try, make a Double-3 puzzle on its own page and let a child draw the lines. For a long trip, a booklet of Double-6 puzzles at Medium or Hard keeps adults busy. Pressing New puzzles gives a fresh set every time, and each one has a single answer.
Everything happens in your browser and nothing is uploaded. If you like quiet, screen-free time, our free colouring pages pair nicely with a puzzle booklet.
